Serbia’s First 3D-Printing Platform

An early additive-manufacturing platform built from the ground up. It earned national visibility — with coverage in the region’s landmark newspaper Politika and in Industry Magazine — establishing technical credibility across the Balkans.

Generative Design for Additive Manufacturing

Applied generative design and topology optimisation to production components — cutting part weight by roughly 40% while preserving every structural requirement and function.

Fully 3D-Printed Robotic Arm

A fully 3D-printed, six-degree-of-freedom robotic arm with integrated computer vision and machine learning — well ahead of the market’s appetite for it in 2018.

Accelerated Aging Test Rig

An OEM-licensed rig that compresses ten years of tire and compressor wear into 54 days, mimicking human operation without ever touching the components. Each cycle fills four tires, then depletes them while cooling the compressor. Closed-loop self-diagnostics log every cycle, flag every point of failure, notify operators, and propose the fix.

An autonomous UGV built for DEWA’s Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park — the world’s largest single-site solar park. It gathers solar data autonomously to pinpoint the best sites for new parks and benchmark the yield of existing ones.

Immobilisation-Based Path Planning

Paired with an aerial-LiDAR drone to generate 3D elevation maps, then analyses them to detect immobilisation zones specific to each ground vehicle — validated in simulation and on real desert missions.

  • Advise a maritime-autonomy venture alongside full-time executive roles: a distributed smart-buoy / USV / UUV network for territorial-water coverage, a port digital-twin platform (Aquatorium), and an AI maritime-perception system for vessels.
  • Personally designed and built two operational USV prototypes.

  • Led the Ministry of Interior AGV programme end-to-end, defined the AAV strategy and its DGA/FAA-based safety framework, and created the first Saudi Arabic-dialect LLM and voice-to-AI system.
